Don't allow yourself to look back and wish you'd behaved or looked differently at a certain point.  Focusing on the past only steals energy that can be better used to create a happy future

Thanks Jen, This is a great reminder.  Sometimes we get so down on ourselves for messing up that it consumes us and doesn't allow us to do the right thing for the future!  Thanks again, Robin
