Hi Guys and Welcome to our Reboot!!!

Today was a big old snow day here in North Carolina with my daughter home from school and me needing to sleep after working all night so things have been a little rough or Day #1!

So far it has been 2 Slimfast Low Carb shakes, 40 oz of water and getting ready to have a SF jello.  Remember to follow the plan exactally.  Some had thought you could add to each day with the foods you had and the new foods for the day but that isn't how the plan works.  You should only have what is planned for that day.

It is difficult at first and yes a bit boring but stick to it and the results will be evident.  A newly sensitive pouch and a feeling of enourmous accomplishment for sticking to it!  it is only 5 days out of your whole new healthy energetic life!!

I've done great today!  Sure helps to be at work!   The only thing I did wrong was when I was home for lunch, I was getting in the fridge to get the millk and ate a few grapes---they were down before I even realized I ate them!!!!! Naughty.  Caught in the act!  Wow, sure put me to realizing how I eat without even thinking!

I LOVE the term "Reboot" as it applies to anything BOT.  My computer needs rebooting sometimes and so do I!!!  Great one that I know will help me.

I was thinking of you and the other BOTTers that are doing the 5DPT.  Day #1 is behind you.  You're right, it is only five days to get that "loving feeling" back of your pouch. 

Thanks for the update.  I appreciate enjoying the journey with you.

Yay!  Made it through day 1! 

Here's what I had today:
2 cups half-caff coffee
Body Fortress Chocolate protein shake w/ 2% milk
1 cup low sodium cream of mushroom soup

For "dinner" tonight I plan on having another protein shake.  I did make 1 blunder tonight though...now I'm paying for it dearly!  I fixed my hubby and kids some ground turkey mixed with wild rice and corn.  Well...as usual I took a small bite to test the seasonings and burnt my tongue!  What a way to be reminded that I'm not having solids today!  Won't make that mistake again!
