Did you survive the weekend?  Was it a good one for you or did ya run the wagon off the road    You know what I say, don't look back unless you are headed there  

Today is chest day, for those of you that are keeping track I am not starting my workout routine over again.....

I finally get to go back to the gym tomorrow after recovering from the flu!!!  I did get BoT today with my fluid and protein in preparation for a full workout week this week =)

Water 57 ozs
Protein 58 grams
Workout - none today, but back in the gym tomorrow now that I am recovered!

Kathy, you are doing an amazing job with the weight lifting, you are inspiring me to get off the elyptical and go lift some weights!!!!

Good to be back in the land of the living....

Today was my workout at Curves.   Made some bad food choices over the weekend and working hard to keep myself in check today.  Three weeks into the challenge and while I'm getting the exercise in, my eating is cancelling out any possible weight loss.  I'm so frustrated at myself!!
