Happy Monday to our BOTT friends!

I hope everyone had a great weekend.  I was Nurse Cathy since one of my sons was sick.  He's good to go today so I'm glad he won't have to miss school. 

Here's my check-in for today:

CARDIO:  Leslie Sansone walk dvd.  Haven't done it before.  Has anyone done them?  What do you think?

FOOD:

B - Cottage cheese
S - Sargent String Cheese (this stuff is WONDERFUL!!  My new favorite snack!)
L - Turkey and White Cheddar Kruncheez
S - String Cheese
D - Egg Beaters
S - Power Crunch bar

I am so happy - have had two perfect BOTT days and so far today am on track with no reason to think that will change as the day goes by   I have to keep reminding myself that this is not a race  but a lifetime thing.

I am thoroughly enjoying my new WiiFit program.  Have done a # of the exercises - nothing above beginner level and not spectacular even so - but I am exercising - 40 minutes yesterday which may have been a little too much too soon, but plan on exercising 30 minutes every evening when I get home from work.

I feel so much better, both physically and emotionally, when I can settle into the rut of compliance - that such a good rut to be in!

Good morning everyone. Had a great weekend and was able to stay with my meal plans. Cathy, glad to hear your son is feeling better. I have done the walk away the pounds video and they are great. Try the first one to start and progress to the more advanced ones. The first one teaches all the steps. Have to take my son for his Dr. appointment today and then clean house.

Exercise: long walk with the dog

B: 2 egg omelette w 2oz turkey breast
S: 100 calorie bar from South Beach Diet
L: 2oz turkey sandwich carrots
S: protein shake
D: tune salad on pita bread w apples slices
S: protein shake

200+ oz water

Good Morning Everyone! My weekend wasn't too bad. I am still fighting this cold so I really didn't eat much over the weekend and tried to sleep. I did get to the doc and got some amoxicilan to try and kick the infection in my sinuses so hopefully I can get to feeling normal again soon.

Cardio: The weather is fabulous here today so I plan to walk 15 minutes at morning and afternoon breaks.

Food:

B-1/2 C. Potates w/Bacon bits, egg beaters & 1/2 oz. cheese
S-Protein Shake
L-Turkey & Cheese rollups, cottage cheese
S-Dry roasted edamame, string cheese
D-Turkey Taco

1152 Calories, 79 Carbs, 40 Fat, 120 Protein
Vitamins & 10 oz. Water
