WOW Rich, you have really been workin' out. I was going to asks if you're using the workout program they advertise on TV called P90X? How many days a week do you workout?

Genie,
All I do is spinning classes, run on the treadmill and the nautilus machines at my gym. I also do some pool exercises.
Nothing magic or special. I try and go to the gym 5-6 days a week. I don't always make it there, but I try.

Thank you for the kind words Cathy. My success comes only because of the support and most important of all the LOVE I have gotten from here to keep me going. Recently was the anniversary of my suicide and I look back to where I was, the only place to go was up.I need to keep pushing myself so I don't ever fall back to that dark place again. I was at rock bottom, thus started my quest for WLS. I can only hope that I can give back to others what I have received. I am/have been so blessed.
