Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
I'm posting the BOTT C&C early. I have a full day that starts pretty early so I want to make sure to post our check-in to share on Saturday.
CARDIO: Wii Fit, Advanced and Free Step - 15 minutes
FOOD:
B - Egg Beaters in whole wheat small tortilla.
S - Turkey Jerky
L - Open faced turkey sandwich
S - White Cheddar Kruncheez
D - Go to dinner...not sure where but I will make healthy choices
S - Fiber One bar
Have a super Saturday as we BOTT.

Hello BOTTers
This is my week summary of BOTTing:
I have had one week of OP and also using FitDay for the first time (I used to just write down everything with old pad and pencil).
I am getting an average of 72g of protein in, yay! My fats are way higher than I expected. I like to eat a lot of cheese. One thing I've had is some homemade sausage and that might have been messing with the fat numbers, even though the homemade stuff is leaner than anything you can get in the grocery store.
I've done 4x treadmill exercise this week.
Drinking first, then protein, then carbs.
I have not been hungry, but I am seeing where I lack variety (eat the same things over and over).
This week I've not indulged in 2 office incidents of cream cheese and bagels, 2 king cakes, and one g'bye party with cake, choc and various other finger foods. Yay!
The BOTT result in one week has been -6 lbs (lord, have I been tinkling, so byebye water!)
