Yeah! Friday!!
Hi BOTTers,
I'm glad it is Friday and the weekend is around the corner. We are supposed to have 1-3" of snow tomorrow. That amount of snow is okay. It will be so beautiful and my sons and the neighborhood kids will be out playing in it. I love to watch them play in the snow, sledding and just having fun. Enough to be fun and beautiful but not enough to be a headache.
Here's my check-in for today:
CARDIO: Wii Fit, Advanced and Free Step for 15 minutes.
FOOD:
B - Cottage cheese
S - Fage yogurt with fruit
L - Turkey and White Cheddar Kruncheez
D - Lean Cuisine Eggroll dinner with chicken
S - Fiber One bar

I am so happy it is Friday. My husband told me to get into the doctor today since I got about an hour of broken sleep from the coughing and chest pain last night. We aren't expecting snow but we are supposed to be really warm this weekend. I am hoping that the doc can give me something to feel better fast so I can hit the slopes on Sunday and enjoy the weather.
No exercise today.
Food:
Everything I eat makes me sick to my stomach, so far today it's been cold medicine, diluted apple juice and cough drops.

Good Back on track together Morning!!! I am feeling fabulous and so in control...woohoo no candy at all yesterday!!! and I went over my goal for protein!!! The scale reflected my control too...yeah!!! The office is having a snack day and I just walked in the "food room" and walked right back out without anything because IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! Have a great day ya'll...this is my food from yesterday
B-slice of provolone cheese and special k protein bar
S-Slice of provolone cheese-light and fit yogurt
L-1/2 pita w/ 2oz chicken salad w/ light hellmanns mayo and 1 tbsp raisins
S-bannana-1/2 cup cottage cheese
D-inside of 1/2 chicken burrito (chicken and refried beans) and quite a few chips w/ salsa
S-NOTHING!!! I didn't eat anything after dinner except for a bite or two of cauliflower I was putting in snack bags for work...
YEah!!!!! Have a good day!!

Looking forward to getting a little snow this weekend. Already took the dog for our daily walk around the neighborhood. It was pretty cold (forgot to take a jacket). My wife has the day off so we are spending it together, We are taking my mom and sister out for lunch today to Hinodes Japanese Steak House. Here is my day yesterday (I'm a day behind because I'm a late bloomer lol).
Excersise: Long walk with the dog
B: 2 egg omlette with lean ground beef
S: 1 cup cottage cheese
L: 6oz ground beef w tomatoe sauce and 1/2 cup cottage cheese
S: protein bar
D: ham and beans over 1/2 cup of rice
S: protein bar
200oz+ water
All Vits

I have been down with a nasty head and chest cold. I've been running a fever so I missed yesterday's workout. I hope to get enough energy to go tonight. Two more days til vacation, my body can used the sun and heat.
My meals for today:
Breakfast - steel cut oatmeal
Snack - fage
Lunch - chicken broth
Dinner - ricotta baked w/mozarella and sauce
