How is everyone today? Why does it feel sometimes that the harder you work the more there is to do?! My day will include the phone stuck to my ear with meetings, trainings, etc., but I love it.
Here's my check-in for today:
CARDIO: Day off.
FOOD:
B - Cottage cheese
S - Sliced apple
L - Turkey with White Cheddar Kruncheez
D - Southwestern Egg Beaters with veggies
S - Fiber One bar

Good morning all,
Today is laundry day at the Nale household. Right now I'm sitting here watching ESPN and drinking my coffee, enjoying the fact that the kids are at school the dog is calm and things are quiet right now,
Exercise: 1 mile walk w the dog
B: bowl of cereal w skim milk
S: cottage cheese
L: 2 hot dogs (no bun) w mustard
S: protein bar
D: 1 1/2 cups ground beef w tomatoe sauce cottage cheese
S: protein shake
200oz water
all vits

Good Morning! My son has been sick all week and was nice enough to pass it on to me yesterday. I don't think my poor husband got any sleep last night between my son & I both sounding like we were going to hack up a lung all night. So no cardio today, I am going to lay down with my cold medicine and electric blanket when I get home from work.
Food for today:
B-1/2 C. Hash Browns w/Egg Beaters, 2 T. Bacon Bits and Cheese
S-1/4 C. Dry Roasted Edamame, Light String Cheese
L-Creamy Chicken Soup at Hand, Turkey & Cheese Roll-Ups
S-Protein Shake
D-Turkey Chili or Chicken Soup, I am still undecided.
Damage: 1353 Calories, 85 Carbs, 60 Fat, 113 Protein
Lots of water and hot tea! As Cathy said, Happy BOTTing today!
