Wednesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio
HI BOTTers,
Happy Hump Day - Wednesday. I hope everyone is having a good BOTT week.
I don't have much going on....feeling better (finally) and just taking care of work, family and squeezing in "me" time at least 30 minutes a day. With it getting warmer it seems, I'll be able to sit on my back porch swing and watch the birds.
Here's my check-in:
CARDIO: Wii Fit, Advanced Step
FOOD:
B - Egg Beaters and 1 piece of 7 grain toast
L - Turkey and White Cheddar Kruncheez
S - Blueberry low fat yogurt
D - Chicken, green beans, garlic toast
S - Fiber One bar

I love logging on to this group in the morning and seeing what is happening with everyone. Glad you are feeling better. Now I don't know if I am posting the way everyone else is. It seems that you are posting what you are doing today, I have been posting what I did yesterday. This seems to work better for me (and whats 24 hours amoung friends). Well here goes.
Walking around the neighborhood with the dog
B: 2 egg omelette w chicken
S: protein bar
L: Turkey breast sandwich (4oz)
S: protein bar
D: 5oz chicken breast 3 tablespoon mashed potato 1/2 cup green beans
S: 5oz cottage cheese
200oz water

Good Morning and Happy Hump Day to everyone! I am happy to hear that you are finding some "me" time Cathy, everyone needs that to unwind and regroup. I finally got all the paperwork submitted to the local college for me and my twin daughters to start next fall.
Exercise: 45-60 Minutes on the treadmill

B-Low Carb tortilla w/Egg Beaters, taco meat, refried beans, cheese & salsa
S-Low Carb yogurt w/2 T. Sunflower kernels
L-Romaine w/ham, turkey, bacon bits, egg & 2 T. Parmesan Drsg
S-Protein Shake
D-3oz Chicken Breast tossed with alfredo sauce & bacon bits, romaine salad
S-Protein shake after workout
Damage: 1454 Calories, 61 Carbs, 60 Fat, 140 Protein
100 oz Water & Vitamins

I really haven't fallen off the face of the earth. I haven't been feeling up to par - just zero energy - but am feeling better now. I am not on track. My husband is here for his monthly 11 days and that is no problem - but some friends are also here and their idea of "togetherness" is to go out to eat. Wasn't on track good and solid when they came and have not been on track since. They are leaving Saturday morning and Saturday is THE DAY I will get back on track. Please excuse my absence. May not be bac****il our friends leave - but know that I've held you all in my thoughts and hearts this whole time.
Oh yes, here's a positive thing. My visiting friend was interested in the WiiFit so we went shopping a found one. So far I've only used it one day - Tuesday - for 20 minutes. I think I'm going to like it. Some of you have the dance program. Will you tell me a bit about that please? I haven't found one in any of the local stores so will probably have to order that on line if I decide I want it. Thanks
