I have the flu =( Body aches, sore throat, upper respiratory, yuk yuk yuk. No working out, barely getting out of bed. I hope this goes away soon so I can continue my Spring Fling challenge!!!! I hate being laid up. I guess the good news is I don't feel like eating!!!! Trying to push fluids, I know how easy it is to get dehydrated. Robin
