How much protein should I be striving for?

Since I am 41/2 years out and trying to get back on track - I am trying to remember how much protein I should strive for each day - 60? Thank you.

I think we should be having 65-75grams of protein per day. This is my last 7 days average.

I have been using FitDay.com and it has helped me fine tune my food intake and make better choices. I still would like to reduce carbs a bit.

I aim for 80gms and find that I feel very full and satisfied when I do this.  I drink a 20gm protein Low Carb slimfast each morning and that really helps boost it up and start my day right!

Thank you - I did much better yesterday and got to 68gms of protein.  First day I didn't do to well with protein only 46gms.  But that is why I am back and relearning my tools of the pouch.
