Monday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
How was everyone's weekend? I hope you had a great one. I was able to get tons done but not a lot of fun. I worked and got so much done, our taxes are 75% done and some other little stuff that was hanging over my head. It feels nice to have so much completed. Fun is on the list of priorities for next weekend!
Here's my check-in for today:
CARDIO: I'm able to do some light exercise which feels so great. I love the feeling of moving my body. I'll do the Wii Fit, Advanced Step game for 10 minutes.
FOOD:
B - Cottage cheese
S - Small banana
L - Chicken Salad with chicken, light Miracle Whip and relish.
D - Egg Beaters Southwestern with extra vegetables cooked with it
S - Fiber One Oats/Caramel bar

So, my vacation count down is on. 6 more days. I'm happy because I am down 17 lbs. and I'm worried because we are going to an all inclusive resort. My hubby said that I need to eat because of the cost. I told him that I would sneak enough fruit and veggies into my bag for the hotel room. I need to eat every few hours for my sugar levels. I will also be bringing my workout clothes. My cardio for today will be done this afternoon. I'm beginning to LOVE working out! Who knew? My meals for today:
Breakfast - click, peanut butter
Snack - pineapple w/almonds
Lunch - chili
Snack - 1/2 apple
Dinner - meatloaf w/veggies
Snack - fage

Where are going for vacation? We went to an all-inclusive resort last year and they had fresh fruit in the lobby bar we could take to our rooms. I also packed peanuts, jerky and protein bars in my suitcase for the in between times.
Exercise today is 45 minutes on the treadmill.

B-Low Carb tortilla w/refried beans, taco meat, egg beaters and salsa
S-Myoplex Lite Shake
L-Chicken Salad w/chicken, egg, cheese & fat free mayo
S-Cottage cheese
D-Turkey Chili
S-Myoplex shake after workout
1325 Calories, 78 Carbs, 40 Fat, 154 Protein
Weight this morning was 192.4, goal is 160.
Exercise today is 45 minutes on the treadmill.

The test of will power is on this week. I had to change my schedule for training to day shift. I got up this morning and packed my "Survival Bag," and I must say I was real proud of myself. Stayed on track and turned down pretzels and pizza as I smiled to myself.
My menu today:
EM - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
B - 2 slices of Turkey Bacon w/ grits & cheese Decaf Hazelnut coffee
L - 3oz Tuna w/ mixed salad & LF dressing
S - Spinach Quiche
D - 4oz Grilled Salmon w/ Streamed Broccoli & Cauliflower
S - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake ?? only if I'm hungry
