Hey BOTT's,

How did the weekend go?  I have to say, I ate perfectly during the week, with my grilled chicken and fish, veggies and 1/2 baked sweet potatoes. I was on the top of the world...  For some reason I didn't do so well during the weekend    If I can get this eating thing right for 7 days instead of 5 or 6 then I will be on my way..  Ok, Kathy don't look back unless you are headed there

Today is Core day...

Double Crunch          3 sets of 15
Criss Cross legs
Elevated Crunch
Side Dip - Knee to elbow
Bicycle
Side2side crunches

So BOTT's Did You Move To Lose Today?  How does it feel to be 1 week into the challenge?  One week closer to Spring....  come on in and be accountable, share and inspire

Take care,
Kathy

Hi Kathy~

Well, it is a rainy Monday here is Northern Cal.  I guess it will be an inside gym day.  For me, I am continuing on my Couch to 5K plan, although I have had a nasty cold for the last week.  I may be forced to dial back my running a bit so I can breathe while I am doing it!!

Like you, when I am structured (ie work week), I eat really well.  Left to my own vices (the weekend) things get a bit bumpy.  I am working on tackling one day to correct this behavior.  When I conquer the first day, then I will work to attempt to correct the second day.

I will check in with everyone tomorrow!!

Hello

I would love rain instead of snow......grrrrrrrr

It's hard to workout and workout well when you are sick.  You may have to take a day or two to get over what is making you sick.  I know, you hate to do that..

Feel better soon and we shall see you later gator...

Take care,
kathy

Hi Kathy!
On Saturday I helped the local Gay & Lesbian Community center move to their new location, so I spent the day lugging boxes and bookcases up and down several flights of stairs. Of course they brought in pizza and coke, of which I eat neither. Good thing I had some protein bars and soy crisps in the car as well as a case of water. Sunday was try on clothes and wash them day, again a day of lugging, this time laundry. Today after I go to the dentist, I am going back to the center and help them box up books and bring them over to the new location.

Well I would say this is definitely cardio and lifting my friend...  great way to keep moving and I love that you didn't cancel it out by eating badly.  You can eat pizza when you feel the time is right.  I eat veggie pizza, no crust.  It's really good.

Good luck at the dentist today and enjoy your workout at the center

Take care,
Kathy
