Anyone had a hernia?

I have a doc appointment for a abdominal hernia.  It is small but have been advised to have it looked at.  Maybe I'll get a tummy tuck out of it?  Anyone ever had one or had any plastic surgery?

pre-op I had a small hernia that was fixed during my open RNY..... post-op I developed a larger umbilical hernia that was the size of a small soccer ball... it didn't hurt at all and disappeared totally when I laid down..... I finally had to have it repaired and during that same procedure my doc did a TT.... my insurance covered the hernia repair but not the TT...... my total cost for TT was about $4K (doc, gas man, hospital)
