Hi BOTTers,

I hope everyone is having a great weekend.  I held an OH Leader Support Group Meeting yesterday and it was just awesome.  I'm still pumped and rejuvenated by talking with the leaders.  

I'm doing our taxes this weekend and working.  Work is fun but the taxes aren't at all.  I'm feeling the inner tug-of-war to do something fun with my family or do the "have to's" that I need to do.  Not sure who will win!

Here's my check in for today:

CARDIO:  Starting slow......Wii Fit Advanced Step.

FOOD:

B - Scrambled eggs (2) with cheese and veggies.
S - Turkey Jerky
L - Turkey and White Cheddar Kruncheez
D - Morningstar Soy Sausages (6) with green beans
S - Fiber One Oats and Carmel bar

Having a quiet weekend like always, and working.  Cathy glad to see the doctor has released you for some light exercise, don't overdue it.

My menu for today:

EM - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
B -    2 slices Turkey Bacon w/ Spinach Quiche/Decaf Coffee
S -    EAS Protein Shake
L -    3oz Tuna w/ tossed salad, LF Italian dressing
D -    4oz Grilled Salmon w/ green beans
S -    Vegetable Soup ?? (maybe)

Fiber                          9.1g
Carbs                      54.8g
Protein                    97.7g

Cardio:  30mins treadmill
Weight training:  45mins
