Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio

Hi BOTTers,

We woke up this morning to a very light dusting of snow but it is so pretty.  I love the snow (not ice and freezing rain storms) because it is so beautiful.  We live on a slight hill so our yard and cul-de-sac is perfect for my sons and the neighborhood kids sledding down. 

On the flip side, I'm doing our taxes today.  Ugh.  One of those things you have to do but don't want to do.  I'm also going to work some today too so that will balance out the "have to" of taxes with the "get to" of work.

Here's my check in for today:

CARDIO:  Close.

FOOD

B - Cottage cheese
S - Fiber One Oats and Caramel bar
L - Turkey and White Cheddar Kruncheez
D - Morningstar Soy Sausages (6) and green beans
S - Power Crunch Bar

I had to laugh at myself when I read your post!  No wonder I am not losing, I literally eat twice as much food as you eat!  Time for me to scale back, way back =)  Thanks, Robin

Hi everyone~

Well, I didn't get to the gym this week, but we did have some warm and wet weather here in Northern Cal which kept my boys and I inside.  To offset this, we did spring cleaning!!  My cardio for the week consisted of up and down the ladder, pushing the big vacuum (instead of the little one) moving furniture, battling the winter dust bunnies under the beds and alot of bending!!

Winter recess for my boys is over and we will be back in the gym on Monday!!

Meal plan for today:

B~steel cut oatmeal with protein powder
s~decaf, skinny caramel latte
L~roast beef roll ups with salad
S~frozen cook and serve chocolate pudding
D~veal piccata, veggies (this is a belated Valentine's Day Dinner since my DH was traveling)
S~trying to not eat after dinner

Hi Botters!
Will be doing my cardio later this afternoon.  My food for today:
Breakfast - steel cut oatmeal
Snack - apple w/peanut butter
Lunch - 1/2 c chicken salad w/soy chips
Snack - banana w/almonds
Dinner - TJ's buffalo burger w/works minus bun
Snack - carrot cake muffin (it's a new recipe, we'll see how it tastes)
