As an update - yesterday doctor adjusted new antidepression meds - Effexor (was on Wellbrutin for years). Doing a followup in 2 weeks. Thanks to all of you, I took some action and actually DID something.

As some of you suggested I probably need a counselor, and doctor also recommended that.

Sun is shining and cat taking a nap in the warm light coming though patio door. Not a bad idea.

As the Nike group says, "Just Do It"!!
