Hey BOTT's!

I know I am not that far out, but I feel the need to get back on track. I have strayed slowly and surely from the plan, and I need to find my way back there without feeling like I am "dieting". When I feel like I'm dieting, I want to eat and eat and eat! Anyway, these are the things I need to do to get back on track:

1. Cut out the sugar. I do dump, so I don't eat more then 10 grams at a time, but I eat it throughout the day.
2. Cut out the refined carbs. Goldfish crackers are NOT my friend.
3. Go back to only eating when I am hungry.
4. Drinking more than 64 oz of liquids, NOT including milk. 

This seems like a lot to me, but I know I have to do it. My weight loss has stalled and I have at least 50 more lbs to lose! I can do it!

Ramble with us anytime.  This is the place to ramble because to us it is sharing.

Congratulations in a HUGE way for realizing you're a bit off track.  For some of us (ME!) it can get away from us and before we know it, we regained weight.  A few years ago, I went through a difficult time and regained 30 pounds before I knew it.  What you are doing is catching it time by being aware AND stepping up to take action.  GOOD FOR YOU!!

Your back on track items are very common.

I am with Cathy to say welcome and we are so glad you are here to share and Get Back On Track...

May I make a couple of suggestions?  You said only eat when you are hungry.  Try if you can to eat small meals, protein first through out the day so that you don't get hungry  Also, you may want to make changes one at a time.  You know baby steps.  Sometimes if we try to change to many things to fast we fall off the wagon
