Move To Lose Spring Challenge - Friday

OK, this is the hard part.....  Every part of our bods are sore, I think my hair is sore    When trying to get back on track with your exercise you can't see results right away on the scale or by taking your measurements....just feel the soreness.  Hang in there, give me 30 days, please  

I have to say it felt good to be back in the gym.  I need to hang on to that feeling of accomplishment just getting my butt back to the gym and working out.

Today is a rest day for me    Give my body time to rest  

So BOTT's did you Move To Lose Today?  Come on in and let's be accountable, inspire and feel good about ourselves....

TGIF =)  I feel great about making it through this week.  I don't think I would be doing this without you guys!  Every morning I want to eat cereal, but I am like, nope, have to eat bacon and have a protein shake =)  And yes, it feels great to be back in the gym!  I take my boyfriend and his kids with me every night after we all get home from work and school and they are loving it as well.  It's good, sweaty fun for all. 

Yesterday stats:
Water 48 ozs
Protein 65 grams
Workout Elyptical 25 minutes plus weight lifting and stretching

Are we going to weigh in on Mondays or not at all until it is over?

Not only are you back on track but look at the wonderful, postive influence you are having on your entire family...  Way to go girl   Great family time also 

Keep up the great job and before we know it one week will be two and then three and then it will be Spring and we will be feeling and looking fine!!!

Kathy,

I am on a brake as well. I can feel all my muscles, didn't know I have so many. My treat, I will get a pair of new sneakers. My old once are 7 years old and falling apart.

Hi BOTTS!

Just returned from a 2 mile hike - (pant pant) in the beautiful sunshine, Still frost in places, but warm. Now to keep drinking water.
