Friday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio

Hi BOTTs,

YEAH it is Friday!!  I hope everyone has had a great week. 

I'm glad it is Friday because it means the next two days are family days.  I look forward to family time even if we don't do anything.  This weekend I plan to work on our taxes (YUCK!) unless I can find a reason to put them off. 

I have a friend that is having a very difficult time in her life right now.  She has three elementary school aged kids that I'm helping her with.  I am NO ocotomom!  I love my two but that is my max.  LOL!  

Here's my check in:

CARDIO:  Does making five grilled cheese sandwiches for the kids count?  Soon for the cardio........

FOOD:

B - Cottage cheese
S - Apple
L - Chicken salad sandwich (w/lite Miracle Whip and veggies)
D - Southwestern Egg Beaters, veggies and maybe some cheese on top
S - Power Crunch Bar

CARDIO:  30 minutes on elliptical, upper body weight machines

FOOD:

B - Muscle Milk Light with coffee
S - 12 almonds
L - cottage cheese and blueberries
D - Chicken breast and green beans
S - Protein bar or fruit

It's been a pretty good week of eating and exercise for me..  We shall see how long it lasts...Yes I can, Yes, I can, Yes I can...

I have been working long hrs, not sleeping enough, I am so tired...
When I am tired - I get hungry for carbs.. not good combination...

I am planning to sleep this weekend... a lot.  Hope that will help.

Today:
B: yogurt with peaches...
S: Rye bread + FF cream cheese, SF jam
S: Protein shake
L: turkey ( I had enough carbs today already - need to break the circle)
S: chicken stew
S: grapefruit, a few nuts
D: some meat, maybe some cheese.

I need to break my carbs - the more I eat - the more i want... I am trying next 3 days to limit  the amount of carbs I consume...If that would not help - I will have to get back on liquids to limit that...

Exercise: today I did steps: 10 levels up and down,  non stop +  some crunches, and muscles contractions... together 40 min exercises...
need coffee - my new addiction... I am just tired..

Hi!
I did my cardio this a.m. at Bally's.  I wanted to get out early because we are suppose to get 4-9 inches of snow!  I was hoping that winter was over...
My food for today:
Breakfast - steel cut oatmeal w/1/2 banana
Snack - click w/almonds
Lunch - chicken salad
Snack - apple w/peanut butter
Dinner - chili
Snack - fage w/sf caramel
