Thursday, BOTT Cafe & Cardio

Hi BOTTs,

How is everyone doing as far as BOTTing?  How do you feel as you BOTT?  For me, I feel so much better when I BOTT - not just physically but mentally and emotionally too.  

Here's my check in for today:

CARDIO:  Not yet.

FOOD:

B - Egg Beaters with 1 slice of turkey bacon
L - Turkey and White Cheddar Kruncheez
S - Apple
D - Chicken breast, green beans and some sweet potato
S - Power Crunch bar

Hi Botters!
Yesterday I had a really off day.  I didn't eat regular meals and just felt blah all day.  Today I woke up feeling much better.  I will do a double workout today, going in a.m. and p.m..   My food for today will be:
Breakfast - steel cut oatmeal w/protein
Snack - click
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - apple w/peanut butter
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/sf caramel

I'm really enjoying being a BOTT'er.  It is helping me reading all the posts, knowing we are all going through the same thing.

Fitness - Jazzercise - 1/2 hour of strenght and core training and then a 1 hour class with 45 minutes of cardio and 15/20 minutes of strength training.

B - Veggie Egg white omelet flat bread sandwich from Dunkin Donuts (YUM)
S - 100 cal. pack of almonds and and orange
L - Greek Yogurt
S - Click
D - Greek Yogurt

I was a good girl yesterday honest, just didn't find the time to post...bad girl, bad girl

S - 1/2 apple and laughing cow cheese
L - grilled chicken, green beans and 1/2 baked sweet potato

D - grilled fish, veggies and brown rice
S - yoguart
