Back On Track Together
Wednesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio
How is everyone doing BOTTing? We're just over six weeks from the beginning of the year when many of us decided to get back on track. The road to getting and staying back on track isn't necessarily a straight shot without any dips, turns, detours along the way. I've had a few detours and had to make u-turns in the past six weeks but that's okay. That's life and being perfectly back on track isn't. I've decided that as long as you're back on track the majority of the time, that is back on track for me.
Define back on track for yourself but remember it is progress not perfection.
Here's my check in:
CARDIO: Waiting for doctor's thumbs up.
FOOD:
B - Cottage cheese
S - Apple
L - Turkey sandwich with high fiber bread
D - Southwestern Egg Beaters
S - Power Crunch bar
Have a great, great day BOTTing.

This morning I woke up at 0530 (about 30 min early) and thought "I'll never go back to sleep so I should get up and pop in an exercise DVD."
So I did a half hour workout in the wee hours!! I wanted to look in the mirror and say "who are you and what did you do with the real me?!!"
Food for today:

S: strawberry yogurt, bran muffin
L: fish, applesauce, cottage cheese
S: granola bar w/ PB
D: pork tenderloin, saurkraut (oh gawd, I do love my kraut!)
Have a great day everyone!!!
