5DPT Question
My understanding is that no you cannot have foods from the prior days. The point is to reeducate your pouch on how to feel full. It is important to eat just soft foods, lean meats one whole day, etc etc...

Thanks for the clarification. I went back and re-read through the 5dpt site carefully and believe you are correct. I have seen this question asked several times, and I think I've always seen it answered the way I did in my above post--however, now I see that I'm wrong!
I've only done the 5dpt once (obviously incorrectly!), and while I felt good about it, felt in control, and lost very well, I didn't follow through like a sane person and ended up quickly re-gaining what I'd lost. I doubt if I'll do it again, but I'm glad to know that if I do, I'll change some things!
