Late Exercise...

Is it a good thing or a bad thing????  I usually get home from work around 2:15am.  Sometimes when I need to unwind, I have the urge to do some time on the Elliptical Bicycle or maybe even some time in the treadmill.  Is it not a good idea to exercise that early/late in the day or is anytime a good time?

It doesn't matter when you exercise as long as you do!  The only problem that I see with exercising before you go to bed is that sometimes it revs me up and makes me un-tired (if that is a word) but whatever works works!!

I'm like you; after a good workout, I'm tired and would have no problem going to bed!

To answer your question, I think any time you feel "moved" to exercise, just do it!  I think ideally "they" say it's good to exercise in the a.m. and get your metabolism revved up, but "they" also say that any time you are motivated to do it is a good time!
