Hi BOTTers,

I hope everyone had a nice weekend.  The weekends go by so fast!! 
Today is President's Day and a chance to be appreciative for our troops and the opportunities to wave the red, white and blue.

Here's my check in for today:

CARDIO:  Coming soon!

FOOD:  

B - Cottage cheese
L - Turkey, cheddar and grilled apple sandwich on high fiber bread
S - Turkey jerky
D - Egg Beaters Southwestern
S - Power Crunch bar

Another weekend has come and gone!  Here I sit at work when my hubby has the day off and gets to spend the day with our daughter, man I would love to be home with them now... Oh well, gotta do whatcha gotta do :)

Here are yesterdays stats:
B~Banana
S~Trail mix
L~ Turkey bacon and cheese
D~ Turkey dog and chili

I forgot to log my intake yesterday so I am not 100% sure what I had to drink (I should say amounts), but this is what I had...
Water
Apple Cider


Wow, it was a pretty suckie day yesterday... Here is to a better today and better week!

Ok, Ok, here I go...if I don't post my food daily come and get me ok    Food and exercise go hand in hand....

B - Oatmeal with Whey Protein
S - Apple with LF Laughing cow cheese
L - Tuna with sliced tomatoes and hard boiled egg (no yolk)
S- - Protein Shake
D - Grilled Chicken breast, green beans and baked sweet potato
S - Apple with NF cottage cheese

Water before anything else at least a gallon.

Thank you for the insprirational e-mail, it helped get me back to getting back on track. Here is today.

Cardio - 30 Minutes on the treadmill

Food:
B-Turkey Chili w/cheese
S-Low Carb tortilla w/Laughing Cow and turkey
L-Chef Salad
S-Cottage cheese & Hard Boiled Egg
D-3 oz Shredded chicken breast w/1T. Wing sauce and bleu cheese crumbles done under the broiler
S-Muscle Milk Light after workout.

Of course at least 80 oz of water and my vitamins.

Hello BOTT Family,
I'm a little late posting but here goes...I'm on a mission. I have a Yellow Poka Dot String Bikini I need to get in by late June...don't
know what I'm going to do with the loose skin hanging from my stomach  but it will be a damn terrible site for sore eyes that's for sureLOL! 

Here's my menu for today:

McDonald's Grilled Bacon Ranch Salad w/ LF dressing
Dannon Yogurt Smoothie w/ 1 scope of whey protein

Carbs                             114g (too high!)
Protein                             94g

Exercise:
10mins Elliptical trainer
15mins Weight training
