Kick my arse too Kathy. I started working out again about two weeks ago and by the end of this week, I already find myself losing the fire. I need some accountability and support to keep the fire burning. I know I will appreciate it once Spring is in the air and I get my sexy groove back! Thanks so much!

Hi Leslie,
I know I was like hit and miss with my food and my execise just didn't have that fire I needed it to.
So I called my son and we are working out together 3 nights a week and I will do it alone on the other days. I need that accountability and I was thinking,...... If I am getting off track then I bet my friends are too. So I thought if we do it together we will keep it going.
YOU KNOW WE WILL BE SO GLAD WE DID in 8 weeks.. Oh and here is your kick in the butt you asked for.....

I work out with my son also. It keeps me accountable since he can't get to the gym by himself (he's 12 and a long time chronic insomniac). Since he relies on me and I have 1 1/2 hours between picking up my eldest and my youngest, that is when we hit the gym. Nicky will play basketball or weights and I run the Couch to 5K training program.
It really helps to keep us going. When my energy is low or I don't want to go, Nicky will say "Mom, we have to go." How can you tell a little boy "No" when you are talking about being healthy?
Since he is weight challenged as well, we track our food choices together also.
I am joining the Spring Fling challenge just as an added measure of protection for my spring wardrobe!!
