Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
Okay, okay, yes it is Friday night. I'm planning ahead. My plans for tomorrow start early so I want to make sure all of us BOTTers are set for Saturday's check in.
I hope all of you have a wonderful Valentine's Day!!
Here's my check in (for tomorrow - Saturday):
CARDIO: We'll probably take a short walk around the shopping area we'll eat dinner.
FOOD:
B - Scrambled eggs and 2 slices of turkey bacon.
L - Turkey sandwich with 1 slice of high fiber bread (open faced).
D - Dinner for Valentine's Day and anniversary. Won't overindulge but.....
CHECK IN: I'm excited to spend the day with my husband and sons. I love spending time with them. It is the highlight of my week (and my life!).

Breakfast - eggbeaters w/cheese
Snack - 1/2 fruit w/almonds
Lunch - Ricotta bake
Snack - 1/2 fruit w/peanut butter
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - low carb/low sugar brownie

I had an incisional hernia repair in January and suffering some complications of healing so the bulk of exercise is out...no pool and no gym, just walking. Not all bad and things will get better.
I DO CELEBRATE entering the ONE HUNDRED LAND on this Valentine's Day. It has been nearly 30 years since I weighed anywhere close to where I am today.
HAPPY VALENTINES TO EVERYONE...this day is the day we are to LOVE ourselves, first, so we can love others.
