Friday (YEAH!), BOTT Cafe & Cardio

Hi BOTTers,

I hope everyone is great!!  I saw a robin yesterday in my back yard so that was nice to see.  I'm sure we have some cold yet to come but Spring is right around the corner.

Here's my check in for today:

CARDIO:  Not yet.

FOOD:

B - Southwestern Egg Beaters
L - Turkey, cheese and grilled apple sandwich on high fiber bread
D - Going out to dinner....not sure where or not sure what I'll eat but it'll be healthy choices.
S - Power Crunch bar

CHECK IN:  We're dancing between 40s and 60s so I'm looking forward to two of my favorite things.  I love taking walks outside by myself, with my sons, my husband and walking my dog.  Another one of my favorites is to sit on our back porch and watch the birds at our two bird feeders.  I can hardly wait. 

What are some of your favorite things to do?

Good Morning!

I love watching the humming birds we get in our back yard at our feeders, we had to by another one because we get so many of them.  I have counted 30 at one time, it is AMAZING!

Yesterday was day 3 of 5 for me, I posted what I ate on the day 4 post...

I love to take walks with my daughter (well she hangs out in her stroller) and dogs, but it is to cold by the time I get home so we have put that on hold.  I love giving my daughter a bath, she love the water!  It is so fun to watch her splash around and laugh at herself, it melts my heart!  These days my world revolves around her, all my favorite things involve her and my family (including dogs).  As long as I am with them, I am happy!

Exercise - One hour of Jazzercise = 45 minutes cardio and 15 - 20 minutes of strenght and core training.

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day so I hope everyone has a Happy one and you get to spend time with the ones you love.  I don't get on the comuter on the weekends so I will check in again next week.  I weigh in at WW tomorrow morning and hoping to lose enough to where I am down to less than 10 pounds to reach my goal.  I've really been working hard and I appreciate all the support from BOTT.

Happy Friday the 13th!
Sorry, not a bird lover here...  We have cardinal that has been around for years.  He loves to peck at my side mirrors and poop on my car!  He flies to the bushes when we come out of the house and stares down at us. 

I'm working out tonight.  My food for today has been:
Breakfast - oatmeal
Snack - 100 cal. almonds
Lunch - 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
Snack - 1/2 apple w/1T peanut butter
Dinner - meatloaf w/veggies
Snack - 1/2 c. fage w/sf caramel

Haven't seen any Robin's only a little freezing rain, plently of wind and sunshine.  Looking forward to my weekend and I'm going to sit in front of the fireplace and suck up the warmth.
