Morning BOTTers!!

I have committed to doing the 5DPT each month to really help me say on track....  I was wondering if we could put a small (or as large as we can) group together to do it at the same time.  This would give us all a ton of support!

What week of the month would work best for everyone, the 1st, 2nd.....  what day would you like to start on Mon, Tue......

Just wanted to throw the idea out there, let me know what you all think!

I am all for it!!
How about the first Monday of each month.  That way anyone can join up at anytime without any trouble at all!
That would put our next start at March 2nd. Get your protein shakes ready!!!

Sounds good!  The first Monday of each month it is!  Can you suggest any liquids/foods for the 5 days?  I always seem to eat the same things each time I do it, and it gets a bit boring....

First monday of the month sounds good to me!  

I was going to start mine today but couldn't my favorite protein at any of the local stores.  I'm going to order it online today.

that is an awesome idea. I am in. I ordered my unjury protein today for the first time. I hope I like it.  Can someone please send me the website to the 5DPT?
