Back On Track Together
Has anyone used Weigh****chers to get back on track?
Hi, I am still trying to get back on track, but honestly i don't feel too off track. Yet, i am 20 lbs heavier then my all time low after WLS. I have increased my exercise. i need to work on my water.... I eat pretty healthy most days.. but someting just ain't right, because i am not dropping weight. So i was wondering about WW. Any feedback?
Peace and Blessings, Melinda

Hi, I had always planned to join WW when I got 20-30 pounds from my goal. I know it would be good for me to have a place to be accountable to besides just myself in my bathroom.
I joined in October and it has been pretty helpful. I have lost 22 pounds and I'm only 8 pounds from my high-end goal with WW. I will reach my goal and make Lifetime member which means I never have to pay again unless I go 2 pound over my WW goal. I plan to lose about 5 - 10 pounds more than my WW goal and that will give me a cushion. I follow the Core program and eat like we are suppose to....proten first then veggies and carbs. I have not told the people in the WW class about me surgery.
Even though we have had surgery, we still have to follow all the rules of keeping the weight off that people that lost all their weight through WW. The lectures, discussions and helpful tips work for us as they do for any group of people trying to keep off their weight.
I think this wil definitely help me for the rest of my life.
