This week has gone by pretty quickly - already Thursday!
Here's my check in:
CARDIO: Not yet. My Wii Fit is fired up and ready to go.
FOOD:
B - Cottage cheese and fruit
L - Chicken salad w/Light Miracle Whip and relish
D - Morningstar Soy Sausages (6) and green beans
S - Power Crunch bar
CHECK IN: I am looking especially forward to this weekend. We are going to celebrate our 20th anniversary and Valentine's Day. I always look forward to any family time. I hope I'm finally on the right track with my antibiotics and will feel considerably better.

CARDIO: I had some extra time this morning so I did a full hour of bike, book and me time
FOOD:
Pre-WO - protein bar
1 bottle of water
WO - 2 bottles of water
B - yogurt, TVP and SF vanilla syrup
S - rtd protein in my coffee
1/2 bottle of water
L - roast beef and cheese rollups
1/2 bottle of water
S - handful of sunflower seeds
1 bottle of water
D - crockpot beef and beans leftovers (made enough I may be eating this for days, LOL)
CHECK IN: Same ol' routine, sleep, workout, work, go home, sleep.... throw in some errands ran here and there and nothing else changes, LOL

L - Cottage Cheese (3/4 cup)
S - Click - Banana/peanut butter
D - Greek Yogurt
Fitness - 1 hour of Jazzercise = 45 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of strength core work.
I did 2 hours of Jazzercise yesterday.....I'm not as young as I think I am, that kicked my butt LOL!!!
