It's Back........the cold weather. It was nice while it lasted (one day) but it's so depressing to not be able to hop out of bed and take in the fresh air and get outside and enjoy. Soon, soon
It's so important to do your exercise routine to maximize your fat burning... I have wrote suggestions here based on what I have found that works for me, like doing strength first and then cardio or working out in the mornings...

I got up this morning and did 3 miles on my treadmill...since speed is hard for me I am increasing my incline to get the most workout..... tonight it's arms baby..

Good morning Kathy and everyone
I have the day off today and is it ever windy! The thermometer says 51° but with the wind it feels colder, but with the wind I can hear my chimes I have hanging from a tree in the front yard here in the house. I have a full day planned, so I doubt I will get any gym time in. This morning I spent some time on the phone with a good friend, now I'm off to the dentist for a 1:30 appointment. After that I need to start the thread and take some pictures for the FRIDAY STUDS on the SEX BEFORE AND
AFTER board. Then I need to struggle and sew some buttons on a couple of shirts-I must be the only gay man that can't sew, lol.Then its off to the bowling alley for my league. So it looks like my only exercise today will be bowling. I will try to sneak in a walk this afternoon.

You have a full day ahead of you. You don't have to hit the gym to get a good workout. Park far away, take stairs during all your running around and you will get some great cardio done today.
You are a brave man... I put my wind chimes up during the winter. I am afraid mine will end up in Canada

Today is 30 minutes of strength training with my Jazzercise prsonal trainer then 1 hour Jazzercise class with 45 minutes of cardio and 14 more minutes of strength and Core training.
Yesterday I did 2 classes back to back, first time I have done that in a long time. I did sleep very good last night and feeling it a little today, but it is a good feeling. I'm hoping to do 2 classes back to back every Wednesday.
