Wednesday, BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Just needed to sign on and affirm that I'm following my BOTT food plan for today (adding a FEW more calories). My insides are kicking and screaming that "just one more day won't hurt" but I'M NOT GIVING IN!!! Reminding myself I'm only "head hungry" and starvation from ignoring "head hungry" is unknown. LOL

FOOD:
Pre-WO - protein bar
1 bottle of water
WO - 2 bottles of water
B - yogurt, TVP and SF vanilla syrup
S - rtd protein in my coffee
1/2 bottle of water
L - roast beef and cheese rollups
1/2 bottle of water
S - handfull of roasted peanuts
1 bottle of water
D - crockpot beef and beans
CHECK IN: Thunderstorms ran through here last night so today my sinus headache is all better and I'm up and at 'em and going strong!

I am leaving in the next hour for my cardio workout at Bally's. Hopefully it won't be too crowded. My food for today:
Breakfast - 1/2 c. oatmeal
Snack - 1/2 apple w/1T peanut butter
Lunch - TJ's buffalo burger
Snack - 10 soy chips
Dinner - Chicken w/veggies
Snack - protein bar

Ok so putting it all out there is half the battle so here is my BOTT for the day...not so good.
Cardio - one small walk around the block
Food-
B - yogurt smoothie with protein powder
S - 1 oz beef jerky
L - more jerky, 2 string cheese and dry salami
S - small apple
D - egg and spinach omlette
plus all my fluids but bad on the sodium today
Check In - I need to call the Dr but I just cant seem to make myself do it.
