Hi BOTTers,

I apologize for the late posting of our C&C daily post.  My Internet and cable television were down late last night until this afternoon.  I need my Internet!!!  It is a necessity of life - LOL!

Here's mine for today:

CARDIO:  Not yet.....still on antibiotics. 

FOOD:
B - Chicken broth throughout the morning
L - Piece of high fiber toast with CLICK
D - Cottage cheese
S - Really yummy ripe pear

Hi all!
Wow, it's kinda late, I've been watching Charlie Brown and snoopy.gif for the Valentine Day special. I had a great workout today.  Treadmill, recomb bike and eliptical.  I'm still trying to work the sinus thing out of my system.  My food for today:
Breakfast - steel cut oatmeal
Snack - banana
Lunch - 1/2 c. chicken salad and click
Snack - 1/2 apple w/1T peanut butter
Dinner - TJ buffalo burger w/tomato and onions
Snack - 1/2 apple?

Hi Cathy, glad you are ok and back online. From your posts, it does not seem that you take in a whole lot of calories. Do you know what your daily calorie intake is? just curious.

Oh and Deb, what is steel cut oatmeal? again just curious.
