Day 1 - 5DPT
Good Morning my BOTT 5DPT Buddies!
Well it is day one! I am drinking an iced coffee as I type this. I went tot the store last night to get some jello, pudding and broth... I am going to have a protein shake for lunch and maybe some jello sometime during the day, and then more protein.
I am actually excited about this, and am hoping this will get me BOTT.

I am also sucking down a protein shake (but it is freezing outside like 30 degrees!), and am thinking of making me some broth after I fini**** cause I am COLD!!!
I am not sure if yogurt is allowed or not, I have a jello for later on this afternoon. I would love to know what other 'foods' are allowed, I just know what is stated on the 5DPT Web site, so I tend to stick to those....
The protein has a tendency to make me really nauseous most of the time, I find if I mix it with water instead of milk it sometimes helps, but not all the time... Wonder why it is?

Great job so far, keep up the great work! I know how tempting it can be when you have to cook for others, I will be facing that battle tonight when I make BLT's for my hubby and sister... Wish me luck as I like to taste things as I cook!!!!

I did the 5DPT and it was a wonderful motivater. I stuck to it like glue and didn't stray once. Now I am on week 5 of my back on track and have lost 15lbs. I am about 3 away from where I was 2 years ago. I truely can say that the pouch diet fueled my start. Stick with and you will be thrilled!
