BOTT, I had to redo my meal plan...when I posted earlier I had not put my meal plan on My Calorie Counter and I came up 600 calories and only 64 grams of protein for the day...which is way too low.  So here is my redo...

EM - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake    17g
B -    2 slices of Turkey Bacon w/ 
        Egg Beaters Spinach Omelet      15.9g
S -   Homemade Veggie Soup               4g
L -   Grilled Bacon Ranch Salad          33g
       Low Fat Italian dressing                 1g
S -   1 svr Deviled Egg                            6g
D -   4oz Salmon Filet w/
       Green Beans                                 23g
LS -  EAS Protein Drink                        17g
        (only if I'm hungry)

Calories              1175 (try to get 1300 per day)
Fat                     42.4g
Fiber                  11.8g
Carbs                 74.6g
Protein             115.1g
