Monday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hello everyone, I havent checked in lately, my NUT wanted me to back off and relax a bit, so I did..... and it worked!!!!! Finally, my scale has shown a definite downward movement, as of today I am at 165.5. Plus my body fat% and water % have changed significantly. So I am very happy.
CARDIO
30 minutes on my WII fit, I was going to run today but ended up working a 24 hr shift yesterday and dont want to exahust myself.
FOOD
330 am melba crackers and laughing cow light and an apple
630 am white cheddar krunchees and a coffee drink (not good but had a 2 hr drive ahead of me)
not sure for the rest of the day

I am SOOOOO determined to break into the next lower set of numbers by Saturday ;monring when I have to weigh into WW's........
B - Veggie Egg White Omelet breakfast Sandwich
S - Banana/peanut butter
L - cottage cheese
S - Click and 100 cal. pack of almonds
D - Peach Greek Yogurt
Exercise - 1 hour of Jazzercise + 45 minutes of cardio dancing and 15 minutes of Core and Strength training. Love my Jazzercise!!!!

I really need to clean my diet and do good things all the time. One "bad" food for me a day can destroy my well being for 2 days. I guess that was a goal for this surgery afterall - to be punished if I d somethng I was not suppose to...
My tummy is swollen from Saturday bad choice. As an excuse - my flight was delayed so much that i missed my connect flight and had to stay in Atlanta overnight. By the Satuday I was out of "my good snack - foods", and i was hungry so I ate something at the airport. Even though is was the best i could get - It did not do me any good. By the time I got home - my belly was grouling, and I end up with upset stomach. That will teach me to eat airport food...
Sunday, I got a headache, and rumbling noises in my tummy. I am clean inside today, but tender. O well, I guess things happen for a reson.
So, today:
protein coffee
banana+ cheese sticks
1/2 protein bars
chicken + veggies
beef sticks (2)
protein shake or kefir or milk (late in a day)

Don't think the goal was to punish - but to reward with a tool than can enable us to get mastery over our food. After all, humans aren't perfect, but we can grow (not in weight but in health) Give yourself credit for what you are doing right - don't punish yourself for being human and less than perfect.
My weekend was a disaster, but I'm not going to whaler in guilt, pity, and self doubt...gonna pick myself up and start all over again.

Lunch - 1/2 c chicken salad
Snack - 1/2 apple w/1 T peanutbutter
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
