Hi BOTTers,

I hope everyone had a great weekend.  I'm already looking forward to next weekend and it is just Monday!!!

Here's my check in for today:

CARDIO:  Not quite yet until I finish my antibiotics.  Coming soon!

FOOD
B - Cottage cheese
L - Turkey, cheese, grilled apple sandwich
S - White Cheddar Kruncheez
D - Morningstar Soy Sausages (6)
S - Power Crunch bar

CHECK IN:  I'm still hoping for a 30-hour day!  I need the extra hours to do all the things that I want/need to do.  On the other hand, I need to also do less.  Thus, the tug of war I feel sometimes.  I want to do so many things that I love yet also need to carve in more down time and fun.  I'm working on it.... for me, awareness is key and then I act on it from there.  I'm aware and now looking at what to do about it.

Have a great Monday BOTTing.

Cathy

Good Morning BOTTers~

I hope everyone had a great weekend!  Mine was nice, had our moving sale and did really well, better then I was expecting!

Here are my stats from yesterday
B~ Noting
L~ 2 brown and serve sausage links
D~ Grilled Fish, steamed broccoli and a few fries
S~ Popcorn

Liquid:
20oz Passion Tea
32oz Water
16oz Iced tea

Vitamins:
None, awful, I know!  Forgot my pill pack here at work, and was to "busy" to rummage through the cabinet to get any out...

Cardio:
Was running around like a chicken with its head cut off on Sat with the moving sale... But nothing more then that!

All in all it was not that great of a BOTTing weekend!  I always seem to fall off track on the weekend, I guess I am a creature of habit and routine, and when I am not at work I tend to slip up, I need to work on that!

I'm happy to report I reached my mini goal of being in the 120's this morning - by 2/10 ths of a pound - BUT I'M THERE!!!!  Next mini goal is to be within 10 pounds of my goal weight - which should bring me very close to my second mini goal of being able to button my pants and breathe at the same time.  I can tell my waist is smaller - just not that much smaller

Unfortunately I'm not terribly tall (sounds better than "I'm short" LOL) so at the high 120s I'm still right on the brink of "pudgy"  Thanks for your caring support  Couldn't do this without the BOTT folks!
