Rumor has it that it's going to be nice for most of us this weekend. Let's make it a goal to get out and do something. Walk the dog, bike if the snow goes away....shovel the rest of the snow that is melting. Run if you have been wanting to get out...
Just breath that fresh air and recharge your dead batteries from this cold long winter. Yes, it may be snowing next weekend so let's grab it and enjoy it while we can
I have to get the house cleaned and then hit the treadmill. This afternoon I am taking Rocky for a walk

Today was wonderful here in Chicago. Sunny and warm.
I am moving to LOSE!! I have been using the Core Rhythm DVDs ( as seen on TV)
I do the DVD in the morning, it gives me more energy.
the exercises do seem to tighten up my mid section, and that really motivates me to keep doing them.
Sunday I plan to go to for a long walk outside, as we finally have some nice weather.
