Greetings to my BOTT friends,

I'm glad that Friday is here. The weather is supposed to be nice on Saturday so I'm looking forward to that. Bad weather next week but nice on Saturday - YEAH!

CARDIO: Have a sinus infection and doctor told me my Wii Fit wasn't going anywhere so take it easy. Ugh.

FOOD:

B - Cottage cheese
L - Turkey, cheddar and grilled apple sandwich
D - Morningstar Soy Sausages (6) with green beans
S - Power Crunch bar
(S - if I feel badly and/or hungry = chicken broth throughout the day)

CHECK IN:

I hate being sick. I hate being sick for as long as I've been sick. I'm hoping that I only have a sinus infection that I'll be better tomorrow with the additional antibiotics. With it being nice weather tomorrow....hopefully feeling better tomorrow that I'll feel more normal and get more back on track.

Have a fabulous Friday!

I had to laugh when I weighed this morning   I think Kathy S. has put the "whammy" on me.  I am one of the people who needs to weigh every day - Now weighing daily has become one source of comfort for me instead of food.  However, being pathological about absolute comparisons I've begun only weighing on days I work (the time will be the same)  Heaven forbid I should think I'm doing better only because I am weighing at a later time of day !!!! LOL

Well, my "next goal" is to be in the 120s.  Now bear in mind I won't weigh again until Monday.  What did I weigh this morning 130.0  I giggled right out loud - my cats looked at me as though I had taken leave of my senses (and come to think of it, they may be right (:o) )

So, here's my check in - Had a BOTT food day & walked .8 miles (1 round) in the mall yesterday

Today:  I commit to a BOTT food day and the option of walking or not walking after work

Yeah, it's Friday - somehow it seems as though Friday has taken a long time coming this week.  I'm so glad it's warming up here - and for other parts of the nation too!!!!!!  Have a relaxed and fun weekend one and all

Think I need to explain what I mean by "whammy"   Kathy encourages us not to weigh very often but to use our clothes - but I need to weigh daily to do my best BOTTing.  The "whammy{ (all in jest of course) is an evil spell she has put on me so that even though I am on the bring of getting into the 120's, because I don't weigh on weekends, I will have to wait until Monday to be CERTAIN i'm in the 120s and, more importantly, to "crow" about my success

Today is my last day of traveling, so no cardio today.  I will me 1/2 day in meetings, 1/2 day traveling.  I have all my snack/meals food packed, and my exercise today is ...luggage lifting and dragging in airports.

B: protein coffee
and throughout the day:
Beef sticks,
piece of very hard grilled chicken (from yesterday)
protein bars,
high fiber/protein cereal,
banana. nuts
SF chewing gum

maybe I get my salad (leftovers) from last night and have it at the airport... not sure yet....

I have enough to munch on, so I should do good.  So far they do allow food on planes and airports.  I will be home late (or early Saturday) so no fear overeating in the evening.

L - 3/4 cups cottage cheese
S - Click
D - Stuffed chicken breast

Exercise - 1 hour of Jazzercise = 45 minutes of fun cardio dance moves and 15 minutes of great strenght training.  LOVE MY JAZZERCISE!!

Have a GREAT weekend.  I'm not on my computer during the weekend so I'll be checking back in on Monday!!

Thanks to everyone that gave great advice on my messaage about being "stuck".  When I lose these last 10 pounds that will give me a normal BMI so I know I need to lose these last 10 pounds.  I weigh in at WW on Saturday mornings so we will see how this week has gone.

Smiles,

Susan

Hi guys!
Great workout today.  I am soooo excited!  I found some new stuff at Trader Joe's.  It's peanut butter and flax seed mixed together!  They opened a jar so I can taste it.  It was unbelievable!!  For 2 Tbs. it's 200 calories, kinda high, BUT only 2 grams of sugar and 5 grams carbs!!!  My apples will be so happy.  Also, I have been looking for almond meal flour.  Our Jewel carried it but it was $11.99!!!  Holy Smokes.  It wasn't worth it.  Trader Joe's had it for $2.99!! I love TJ's chickendance.gif.  OK, now for my food:
 Breakfast - steel cut oatmeal
Lunch - homemade chili
Snack - 1/2 apple w/ MY NEW PEANUT BUTTER!!!
Dinner - steak w/veggies

What a way to start my weekend! (sad I know)
