Did You Move To Lose Today BOTT's? Ice, Ice, Baby!

Hey BOTT's

I hear parts of the country is covered in ice and is freezing  My heart goes out to you, welcome to my world    Get out those exercise bands, put on some music and dance baby dance   and if you have stairs they are great for pushups and cardio

But most of all, stay safe 

I was able to get in some time on the treadmill this morning and need to do some lower body stuff tonight.  Lunges and squats...OH MY

Haven't moved yet but I'm planning to go to my Jazzrecise class asfter work.  I do a 30 minute Jazzercise Personal Training Class using weights, bands, balls, weighted bar etc.  Then I will stay and take a 60 min. Jazzercise class that includes 45 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of strength training.  Jazzercise is a GREAT way to get everything in and it is sooooo much FUN!!!  Especially if you love music and dancing.  It is a follow the leader class so no dance experience necessary.

I took Jazzercise when it first came out and should try it again.  I hear like you mentioned it has changed big time.

Man, I'd like to take a Jazzercise class but unfortunately the gym at work doesn't offer anything like that... especially not at 3 in the morning..... LOL

I dont have any ice (yeah) but its coming back this weekend.... this morning I did a 15 min stretch workout on my new balance ball, and then went to the gym for my couch to 5k time on the treadmill, I did my 5k in 44:10 that shaves 2 minutes off my last actual 5k that I did!!!!!!  I am so freaking excited that I can run.... I went 5 min straight running today!!!!!

Walking, walking and more walking!  At least 1 hour per day for now.  I even started to jog for about 1/4 of the time - woo-hoo!!  I'm so excited.

Hi Diane,

Way to go  See, walking is a great way to start and get into other things...  slowly run more and more and before you know it you will be a full time runner
