Hi BOTT,

I hope everyone is well and doing great.  It is official - I have a sinus infection yet again.  On the bright side, it isn't pneuomonia but after being sick so long, sick is sick and I'm sick of it!!!  LOL.  I'm doing it different this time and taking it easy sooner than later so I beat it before I get worse.  I learn....it may take a bit but I learn.  LOL.

Here's my check in for the day:

CARDIO:  Taking it easy so I can continue soon.

FOOD

B - Chicken soup with veggies (hot with lots of steam!!)
S - Celery with a little peanut butter and raisins
L - Turkey sandwich on high fiber bread
D - Morningstar Soy Sausages (6)
S - Power Crunch bar

CHECK IN:

Sinus infection.  I am teaching a training session this evening so I'm going to try to save my voice as much as possible.  I have lots of meetings scheduled today so am concerned how that will work out.

Hi Cathy, well here I go - Day One of BOTTing! I am really looking forward to getting to know everyone:

FOOD:
B - 1/2 C. L/F cottage cheese w/ 1/2C. cantelope (delicious!)
S - stalk celery w/ 1T peanut butter
L - green salad w/ hard boiled egg, 2 oz.. pork strips
S - 1 small apple
D - protein shake made w/ lite yogurt, handful of blueberries, strawberries (dinner might change if DH and I end up going out on a date together, if so, will post that change later)

CARDIO:
45 minutes of work out in gym on lunch hour, combo of aerobic and weight training

CARDIO:  I needed a change this morning and since my upper back had a kink in it I used that as an excuse to do several sets of Lat pull downs, chest presses and bicep curls instead of bike, book and me time.....

FOOD
Pre-WO - 1 bottle of water
WO - 2 bottles of water
B - NSA yogurt and TVP
S - Chocolate rtd protein as creamer in my coffee
1/2 bottle of water
L - left over Chicken Mole & 1 flour tortilla
1/2 bottle of water
S - lite vienna sausages
1 bottle of water
D - Turkey and cheese roll ups
1 bottle of water

CHECK IN
:  Got called early during the night so I slept in half an hour.... I'm so glad today is my last on call day until late March....

  This looks like the place to put down our food and exercise for the day can you believe I am just  figuring that part out today!   Am I right?  Anyway I am thinking this is the place to do that.  I am not sure if can though, I dont want to throw anyone off or maybe I am too embarassed to do it.  anyway yesterday I thougt I did really good compared to most days.  I just got some sugar free cookies that turned out tobe not so good.  But it was actually better than what I am used to. So here goesfor yesterday. Nope I cant the food yet but it was better and I did work out for 40 minutes on the eliptical machine.  I will journal my food today though and drink my 64 unces of water. Susie

Oh, sinus infections are the absolute worse!  I get them like they are going out of style!  I hope you are feeling better soon!  

Yesterday was not the best day, I was in a bit of a funk, and it shows in my eating...

Here are the stats from yesterday:
B~Nothing
AM S~ 1oz almonds
L~ 6inch Turkey sandwich from Subway and a bag of Sun Chips
Mid-Day S~ cup of veggie soup
D~Chicken Parmesan (no pasta)
Random snacks: A 1/2 cup Mexican rice and a sees candy bar that I have had since Christmas

Liquid
32oz SF Iced Coffee
40oz Iced tea
32oz water

Vitamins:
None, did take the supplement for increasing my breast milk, I am sure my daughter appreciates that!

Cardio:
None, I do not know what I need to do to get my butt in gear!!!!  It just seems to hard to find the time.

Check In:
Getting ready for the moving sale that I am having this weekend, and I really should start going through some stuff at the house before the movers come and pack us out :)

I'm so glad you're going to give yourself the care YOU need rather than letting the "tail wag the dog" and trying to take care of everyone else first. 

My plan for the day:  BOTT food and walk as makes sense given how I feel at the end of the day.  Did walk 1.6 miles (2 rounds in the mall) yesterday and seem to have no ill effects so plan to walk at least that again after work today.  It's funny, people aren't used to seeing anyone use walking poles and they look, process and decide this little old lady needs to canes, and treat me with great respect.  Inside I'm giggling (:0)

Last night was a complete bust for exercise. I tried to donate blood after work and not only did they mess up the left arm they tried to use the right and did the same thing, so I spent the evening with ice packs on my arms. My wonderful son (he's 12) did offer to cook dinner and hold the ice packs on my arms. I am still sore today and the bruising has started but I am thankful it was not worse.

Food for today:

B-Sausage, Egg & Cheese on Whole Wheat Tortilla
S-Low-Carb Yogurt w/Almonds
L-Grilled Chicken Salad
S-Light String Cheese & Apple
D-White Chicken Chili

Ok Here I am.... one of tTHOSE people who joined and hasn't posted much since.  I am still trying desperately to regain control.... I can do great all day long and then in the evening I am out of control.... Tested my limits with sugar and carbs and shouldn't have ever started that!!!  I have got to get back on track!!!  Have started going to the gym a few days a week for the last couple weeks though so it's a start.  Last night I threw away the remainder of cool whip in my house (it's just something I can't eat a little of.... I can eat a tub and make myself sick and want it again the next day.)  So... today I start anew.... again.... :D    I am going to try to make it to the board more often...... I know it would help me with some accountability.....


I am off work so I am headed to the gym soon to get in a good workout and enjoy the sauna for a little while.... I plan to do at least 20 minutes on the treadmill ( once I get there I usually do at least 30 )  And some weight training ......

So far today I've had
2 egg beaters omlet with spinach, mushrooms and a slice of fat free cheddar cheese
coffee w/1/2 cup skim milk
weight control oatmeal

I'll be back later for an update.....
