On BOTTing

When BOTTing, is everyone putting in their food/cardio in advance of the day, like a planned menu or at the end when they actually eat/exercise. I just wondered, because I work the night shift and I'm not sure whether to add my day to the end of one or to the beginning of the next...

I'm not sure what I'll be eating, sometimes, as my DH likes to cook dinner for us, if he's home and I'm still sleeping, ( I eat dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner with my schedule), so BOTT'ing a planned menu may be difficult.

Just wondering...

You can do it however works best for you.  I know that some of us plan for the day and put in what we will eat/exercise for the day.  Essentially committing to what we will do for the day.  Others of us will use the post as a check in as to what we've done during the day.  You could also post what you did, for example, yesterday on today's BOTT Cafe & Cardio post.

Use it in whatever manner works best for you.  All I care about is that it is helpful to you and that you're joining us!

I use it for the day prior, so this morning I will put what I did yesterday...  I had this same question when I first joined :)

I use it both ways - I make a written commitment to have a BOTT day and also to report my day before.  The site is here to serve us - not us to serve the site - which means there's just no way you can do it wrong!  Now there's a novel concept

Have a fine BOTT day
