I am new here as of today....I am so glad I came back to the OH site and found you all! I had by-pass surgery three years ago and have let myself gain back 50 of the 137lbs I lost...My question is: have I hurt my pouch and can I get my tool back to were it once was...I can eat anything!

try the 5 day pouch test, which isn't real a test as much as it's a re-training.....

Hi June,
You can still rely on your pouch.  My surgery was in 2000 and I was able to eat anything and  everything.  Go back to basics.  No drinking after meals, protein first, no sugar/bad carbs and start documenting what you are eating on fitday.com or dailyplate.com.  You can do this!
Good luck,
Deb
