Happy Wednesday!
Today was another crazy day. Cardio was chasing the GBabies all day. Really had a hard day eating at the right times. Tummy feeling a little funky again.
Breakfast - Click
Snack - 1/2 banana
Lunch - 1/4 c. shredded bbq pork
Dinner - 1/2 c. chili
Snack - Try to get a protein shake in

Happy BOTT everyone,
I have been off OH for a little bit, taking time to refocus on a few things. My NUT told my daughter to hide the scale, but I got it back today and have lost 3.5 lbs in the last 9 days!!!!! This is the best weightloss I have had in months!!!!
I have been doing well with the couch to 5k program, I am doing week 3 day 3 tomorrow, plus today I bought a balanceball to do core strengthening and other stuff.
FOOD
B - oatmeal made with blueberries walnuts and protein
L - low carb tortilla, pesto, chicken, mozzarella, tomato pizza (yummy!!)
S - sf lowfat coffee drink thing
D - 1 c progresso soup vegetable beef grilled cheese tortilla
S - skinny cow ice cream cone
water 68 oz or so
all vitamins
CARDIO
30 minutes on treadmill just under 2 miles
30 minutes on balance ball beginner dvd
30 minutes working legs on the total gym
CHECK IN
My lease is up at the end of March, and we asked about getting a cat and were told NO... so I had thought about moving, looked a bit, then decided "maybe not". So a coworker told me her parents have a house they own and they are looking for a "good, reliable, longterm renter". I went to see the house today... it is awesome, hardwood floors, garage, backyard, 3 bedrooms. Less than my current rent, I am so moving!!!!!!!
