Other than that, you have nothing to do?  How boring   I'm proud of you for rising to the challenge to make time for exercise!

Well, thank you so much for your kind words.  I believe giving and receiving support is vital to our success in getting back on track and remaining on track.  I know it is for me.  And you know what, I've discovered that it's impossible to give support without also receiving it at the same time because I'm telling myself what  I need to hear.

Another BIG milestone - I now have LESS than 15 pounds to reach my goal weight!!!!

The next milestone is to be in the 120's  Hope i'm there before this time next week.

Will have a BOTT food day and walk either .8 or 1.6 miles in the mall.  Now I know you folks up north will think I'm a wimp - but it's cold and windy here (for Florida) so I will walk in the mall and one trip around the mall is .8 miles.  Will depend on my inflammed nerve root (which is VERY MUCH better I'm happy to say) whether I walk one or two rounds.

Cathy, wish you better health real soon.  Mother Nature is sure testing you!

Peace and joy to you one and all

I really do see the light at the end of the tunnel now!   Somehow 15 pounds sounds ever so much less than 20 the difference between 25 and 20 didn't seem all that great - go figure.

You're one day closer to a new house

Living in Florida myself, I agree with you about the weather. It's 28 degrees here in Jacksonville, and like most Floridians, I don't have a lot of winter wear that is made for the outside temps. I say enjoy the mall and while you're at it, window shop for all the new smaller fashions that you be able to wear!

You're on to me.  I have my black-belt in shopping LOL  On weekends when I can get to the mall for walking before the stores open I like to do all but one round before they open and window shop then on the last round I can kick into high shopping gear as I go by each store LOL
