GREETINGS TO BOTT!!

Even though we check in together on this daily BOTT C&C post with our execise and food, one of the things I'm also enjoying is to read what's up with each of you.  I look forward to reading whatever is going on our days.  So, I invite you, only if you'd like, to share what's going on with you in the post.  In other words, our check ing BOTT C&C post isn't limited to execise and food.  Make it work for you.

CARDIO:  Taking day off.

FOOD:

B - 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
S - Chicken broth with veggies
L - Turkey and White Cheddar Kruncheez
D - Morningstar Soy Sausages (6)
S - Power Crunch bar

CHECK-IN:  I hate being sick.  I have had a period of feeling better yet now I'm fighting a sinus infection.  It is so frustrating.  I've always been pretty healthy but not lately.  I'm ramping up my self-care so I can get back on track in feeling good again and finally get over whatever it is that I'm having a difficulty shaking.

Have a wonderful BOTT day!

Cathy

Nothing, was tied up all evening... Having a moving sale this weekend that I am trying to get ready for...

Whats Up in my life:
Getting ready to move, have a lot to do... Now the contract that we had on our house (the one we are moving from) is causing issues... They did not want anything fixed (according tot he contract) and now they are saying we need to fix a bunch of crap, even though we signed the contract that was presented to us (with nothing to fix) so we are fighting that now.  The real estate company admitted that they forgot to put the repairs on the contract, somehow I do not see how that is OUR fault!!!

Have a wonderful day!

Life can sure get complicated can't it?   Did the real estate company admit in writing they forgot?  Seems as though these days if it's not in writing it doesn't exist.

From my experience, there is no pleasant/easy way to move.  Seems as though you aren't going to have to worry about "exercising" for the next month - getting ready to move should take care of that nicely LOL

Congratulations on making improvements with getting all your supplements in.  It is going to be even more important that your body is adequately nourished right now when you are making heavy demands on it - bet you're remembering your daughter's vitamins!   You have to be at your healthiest to take the best care of her - and to be at your healthiest you have to have the foods and supplements you need.  Take the time to meet your needs so you can meet hers.  Teach her, starting right now by your example, that it's not only OK, but it is vital,  to love and take care of oneself.

Have a fine getting-ready-to-move BOTT day

They did not say it in writing, however under the part of the contract stating what repairs need to be done there is nothing there, it is blank, the box is not checked, nothing... Therefore we assumed that it meant we did not need to make any.... We are trying to fight it, please keep your fingers crossed!

You are right, Zoeyann gets everything ever day, and for her I am trying to improve myself... I am normally pretty good about my supplements (my husband asks me about 15 times a day if I have taken them)...

Thanks for your encouragement!

Keep on hanging on!!!!   Sounds as though there's lots of us who would really be patting ourselves on the back if we were "stuck" in your exercise rut!!!

Good Morning! Well I made it on the treadmill for 30 minutes last night. Finally, a little bit of exercise during the week. I have been going skiing with my son on the weekends but feeling extremely lazy about exercise during the week.

Food:

B-1/2 C. cottage cheese w/hard boiled egg
S-Turkey meatballs
L-Baked Ricotta
S-Turkey & Laughing Cow Swiss Rollups
D-No idea, eating at my 20-yr reunion committee meeting tonight

I really enjoy reading everyones posts to see what people are eating and doing for exercise so I can see some different ideas I can use to get me out of my rut.  My life is just go, go, go right now. Planning my 20-year high school reunion, getting ready for my daughters graduation and filling out college applications. I am ready for some slow down and relaxation.
