Tuesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio

Hi BOTTers,

I love our group that we've created together.  All of you are so important to our group.  I feel so much appreciation for our group.  For me, it is a safe place to share and to obtain inspiration from each of you.  I just wanted to say thank you for making our group what it is together.

Here's my check in:

CARDIO:  Wii Fit, Step for 10-15 minutes.

FOOD:

B - 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
L - Turkey, cheddar and roasted apple sandwich
S - White Cheddar Kruncheez
D - Egg Beaters
S - Power Crunch bar

I second your emotion about what a great group this is!

Here are my stats from yesterday:

B~Slim Fast
AM S~ 1 oz Almonds
L~ Tuna with salsa, cheese and low cal/carb bread
D~ Chicken Fajita

Liquid:
32 oz SF Iced Coffee
32oz Crystal light
32oz Diet Peach Iced Tea
NO WATER :(

Vitamins:
None, it was a crappy BOTTing day yesterday... Hopefully today will prove to be better!  I am off to a better start, have already taken some of my vitamins :)

CARDIO:  50 mins Recumbent bike, book and me time

FOOD:
pre-WO - protein bar
1 bottle of water
WO - 2 bottles of water
B - 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup of TVP & SF vanilla syrup
S - rtd chocolate protein in my coffee
1/2 bottle of water
L - 2 FF hot dogs and 2 slices of cheese
1/2 bottle of water
S - primal strip
1 bottle of water
D - Turkey Chili and cheese

Exercise still continues to be a struggle. I wiped out the Ipod this morning and loaded alot of new get up and go songs to help motivate me to get working out tonight.

Food:

B-Leftover insides of chicken enchiladas
S-Protien Hot Chocolate
L-Ham rolls w/Laughing Cow light swiss & 1/2 C. broccoli salad
S-Cottage cheese
D-Baked Ricotta
S-Light string cheese

What an AWESOME group this is!!!   Every day I am more convinced than ever that you folks are truly angels in disguise as humans

Your positive support, caring and acceptance have made the difference between me giving up my efforts to get back on track and succeeding in getting back on track.  Thank you one and all from the bottom of my heart   

I have no reservations whatsoever in welcoming newly joined members (being able to get that info from my OH  site is great) and urging them to tell us how the group can be of help to them. 

I am back on track and making a slow but steady descent to my goal weight. 

I'm committing to a BOTT food day without exercise.  Am participating in a phone class after work so will give my inflammed nerve root a rest.  Very little pain from yesterdays .8 mile walk in the mall I'm happy to report

WE CAN AND WE ARE DOING THIS TOGETHER.

This IS a great place to hang out!!! I went and had my hair done today, so no exercise yet, but hopefully I'll do something!

Hi. I dont know that I've been "off track" as much as I've never really been "on" to begin with. HA! I'm one of those "non-compliance" people. I lost all my weight by 8 months out and have stayed the same weight since then. My eating is terrible (to me) and I dont drink nearly enough. I need someone to kick me in the butt.

So far today I have eaten:

1 Lite and Fit Yogurt
1 square whole wheat bagel
butter and polaner strawberry jam
1 Grande Soy SF cinn dolce Latte
Starkist Tuna lunch kit
Honey wheat petzel stix , maybe 16?
Diet ice tea
up to 2pm

I graze and pick all day, I need to be handcuffed.
I havent worked out today, I may go later. My work outs consist of an hour of hard cardio and some weight training then the sauna.
Thanks for letting me vent without yelling at me. HA!

Hi follow BOTTers!
It really is nice to have this group.  It's a great way to keep up with everyone on what they are eating and doing for exercise.  I had a great workout today at the gym.  My meals are:
Breakfast - Click
Snack - 2 oz. chicken
Lunch - 1/2 bbq pork on 1/2 healthy life bun
Dinner - chili
Snack - 1/2 fage w/1/2 apple
