Hi Botts,

Were you able to resist temptations this weekend? If so, share with us what worked for you.  If not, come on in and let us know what happened for support and some suggestions for the next weekend challenge.

I have been sick, the first time in years so I was trying to drink lots of water and protein drinks...nothing looked good.  Gee, do you think this can last for about 20 pounds?  Giggle

Take care,
Kathy

Hi Tracy,

You have the perfect mind set of a successful person in this weight loss/maintain journey.  You enjoyed some foods for a day and now it's back on track

You are such an inspiration

Take care,
Kathy

Saturday we ate out with friends and I ate more calories than usual - but I planned to do that and stayed within acceptable limits.  Then I came home - pigged out.  BUT I pigged out on my BOTT food (a major step in the right direction for me) and thanks to BOTTing yesterday and uncommon elimination - I did not gain.  I can only attribute that to the "BOTT gods" smiling on
me LOL

I'm about to be able to button the waist of my pants - my next goal will be to button them and breathe at the same time

We are so proud of you and I love the way you use your clothes as a measure of success not just the number on the scale

Keep up the great job you are doing

Take care,
Kathy

Thanks - and Kathy, I know how you can become an instant zillionaire - Capture that 20-pound-loss bug you talked about and sell it to all of us LOL

I did well.  I went out and bought some soy chips, nuts and cheese to make my own chips, I didn't even eat it!!  When dinner came I had three ribs and some peapods.  I didn't feel the need to sample any of the fried potatoes or pie that I had made for everyone else.  It feels great to be in control.

Hi Deb,

This is so true, and good for you.  I find when ever I eat something I shouldn't it just doesn't taste as good as I remember it.    And more over not as good as being in control feels....

Great job

Take care,
Kathy
