Scale Hell Challenge! Do you know where your scale is?
Hey BOTTs
Well do you know where your scale is? If so, then you didn't hide it very well. If you decided once and for all not to be a slave to your scale and join the Scale Hell Challenge get someone to hide that puppy NOW If you think you will lose your mind trying it for the entire month then do it for 2 weeks or just one....
I don't have a clue where mine is and don't want to know... Come on, you can do it
One day at a time BOTTs
Take care,
Kathy

I weighed Saturday and I"m not stepping back on until March 1st! I'm just looking at it as an experiment so I'm excited to see what happens. I can tell pretty closely where I'm at by the fit of my clothes, but I'm hoping that taking the pressure off will help me to work hard and get into the 150's by the 1st.
I was thinking this morning (sometimes this IS NOT a good thing!).... how will my body know that it lost weight if I don't weigh myself every time I see the scale???? This is the longest I have gone without weighing (since surgery...) and I WANT to weigh myself really BAD! Good news its well hidden by my husband... but he promises to give it back on Valentine's Day.... then take it back..
I have been focusing on protein, water and exercising... and doing well most days to get my minimums in.
I think that the Scale Hell challenge will help me as I get to goal... and the scale will not about "how much have I lost this week or month"... but one of the tools I use to maintain a healthy body.
I work for a Medical Center... and thought about weighing on a scale at work... but then I would have to get 'naked... and I think I may be fired for that.... ;)
Thanks for the Challenge!!!
Helen
